  • 1 stick margarine
  • 3/4 c. green pepper
  • 3/4 c. onion
  • 3/4 c. celery
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1 small 8 oz. Cheez Whiz
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli, cooked and drained

Directions

    Saute in margarine green pepper, onion and celery (chopped). Mix rice, Cheez Whiz, soup and broccoli.

    Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
