- 1 c. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 garlic bud, minced
- 1 onion, grated
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1Grease pan with oil.

2Beat eggs and add to milk.

3Mix rice, grated cheese, parsley, garlic and onion together and spread in pan.

4Pour egg and milk mixture over the top.
