- 16 oz. Velveeta cheese
- 3 to 4 c. cooked rice
- 1 stick oleo
- 3/4 c. onion
- 3/4 c. celery
- 1/2 c. bell pepper
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli
- 2 cans mushroom soup
Directions

1Cook broccoli according to directions and drain well.

2Saute onion, bell pepper and celery in oleo.

3Stir in cheese to drained broccoli.

4Add vegetables and stir with undiluted soup into the rice.

5Put in shallow dish and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
