- 2 c. uncooked rice
- 1/2 c. parsley, minced
- 1/4 c. cooking oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper
- 2/3 c. bell pepper, chopped (red and green good for holidays)
- 1 c. green onions and tops, minced
- 4 c. chicken bouillon or chicken stock
Directions

1Mix all ingredients.

2Bake, without stirring in a tightly covered 2-quart casserole for 45 minutes at 350° or until rice is no longer soupy.

3Remove cover and toss rice with a fork as seasonings come to the top.

4Needs no gravy.

5May be frozen after baking.
