  • 2 c. uncooked rice
  • 1/2 c. parsley, minced
  • 1/4 c. cooking oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper
  • 2/3 c. bell pepper, chopped (red and green good for holidays)
  • 1 c. green onions and tops, minced
  • 4 c. chicken bouillon or chicken stock

Directions

    Mix all ingredients.

    Bake, without stirring in a tightly covered 2-quart casserole for 45 minutes at 350° or until rice is no longer soupy.

    Remove cover and toss rice with a fork as seasonings come to the top.

    Needs no gravy.

    May be frozen after baking.
