  • 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onions
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 3 Tbsp. oleo
  • 1 can chicken broth (plus a little water)
  • 1 c. rice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Saute bell pepper, green onions and parsley flakes in oleo. Add chicken broth and water.

    Place rice, salt and pepper in a baking dish.

    Stir in other mixture.

    Bake 50 minutes in covered dish at 350°.

    Mix well after baking.
