- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions
- 1 heaping Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 3 Tbsp. oleo
- 1 can chicken broth (plus a little water)
- 1 c. rice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Saute bell pepper, green onions and parsley flakes in oleo. Add chicken broth and water.

2Place rice, salt and pepper in a baking dish.

3Stir in other mixture.

4Bake 50 minutes in covered dish at 350°.

5Mix well after baking.
