  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach, Washed
  • 3 whole Lettuce Leaves, Washed
  • 1 cup Filtered Water
  • 1 whole Lemon Or Lime, Juiced
  • 1/2 whole Cucumber, Skin Removed
  • 1 piece (6cm Long) Ginger, Skin Removed
  • 1 whole Banana
  • 1/2 whole Avocado
  • 2 whole Kiwi Fruit, Skin Removed
  • 1 stick Celery

Directions

    1. Add spinach and lettuce into the blender with the water and lemon or lime juice, and blend well.

    2. Peel the skin off the cucumber, ginger, banana, avocado and kiwi fruit and add to the blender along with the celery.

    3. Blend on high speed for approximately 2 minutes.
