  • 1 apple Aussie Farmers Direct, sliced
  • 1 celery stick Aussie Farmers Direct, chopped
  • 1/2 lemon Aussie Farmers Direct, squeezed
  • 1 cup ice
  • 5 mint leaves Aussie Farmers Direct

Directions

    Place half of the cut up ingredients; cucumber, apple, celery, lemon juice and mint,pineapple, in a blender. Blend until smooth and pour evenly among 2 glasses.

    Repeat with the remaining cucumber, apple, celery, lemon juice, mint and ice.

    Garnish the smoothie with a celery stick & fresh mint leaves.
