- 1/4 c. butter
- 4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
- 2 c. all-purpose flour, divided
- 2 c. granulated sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
- powdered sugar (for rolling)
Directions

1In small saucepan, melt butter and chocolate over low heat 8 to 10 minutes.

2Cool.

3In large bowl, combine melted chocolate mixture, 1 cup of the flour, granulated sugar, eggs, baking powder and salt.

4Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed, 2 to 3 minutes.

5Stir in remaining 1 cup flour and the nuts.

6Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
