Grilled Ahi

  • 4- 6 oz ahi filets
  • Marinade
  • 3 T Soy Sauce
  • 2 T Rice Vinegar
  • 2 T Honey
  • 2 T Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 2 T Minced Ginger
  • 1 t Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 Seeded Jalapeno
  • 2 Chopped Green Onions
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Cilantro

    Throw all ingredients into a food processor or blender and puree until smooth. Use 3/4 of mixture to marinate fish (I usually put it in a zip bag) - place in fridge for 1 to 4 hours. Grill fish for a few minutes per side and drizzle the rest of the marinade on before serving. I serve with grilled veggies that I marinate in olive oil, garlic, lemon and sea salt.
