  • butter

    heat griddle at medium heat

    butter the outside of bread slices, placing butter side down on the griddle

    add 2 pieces provolone cheese and place other bread slice (butter side up) on top.

    flip sandwich after 4 minutes.

    take off griddle after 4minutes.
