- 1/2 c. dried bread crumbs or bran
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/3 c. plain yogurt
- 2 whole medium chicken breasts, halved and skinned
Directions

1Mix crumbs and all 5 spices.

2Dip chicken in yogurt, then into crumb mixture.

3Brush grill with oil prior to cooking.

4Place chicken on grill over medium heat.

5Bake for 20 minutes; turn chicken and bake for 15 minutes.
