  • 1/2 c. dried bread crumbs or bran
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/3 c. plain yogurt
  • 2 whole medium chicken breasts, halved and skinned

    Mix crumbs and all 5 spices.

    Dip chicken in yogurt, then into crumb mixture.

    Brush grill with oil prior to cooking.

    Place chicken on grill over medium heat.

    Bake for 20 minutes; turn chicken and bake for 15 minutes.
