- 12 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- olive oil
- 3 tablespoons rosemary, minced
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Place chicken between two sheets of plastic wrap or waxed paper and pound with a meat mallet until chicken is 1/4 inch thichk.

2Drizzle olive oil over chicken and sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper. (Can be prepared 4 hours ahead, refrigerated).

3Prepare barbecue (medium high heat).

4Grill chicken until cooked (3-5 minutes per side).
