- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb. swordfish
- 1 lb. shrimp
- 1 cut onion
- red and green pepper
Directions

1Mix oil, 1/4 cup lemon juice, thyme, paprika, salt and pepper. Toss fish and shrimp in mixture.

2Can be marinated up to 4 hours. Preheat charcoal grill or broiler.

3Alternate shrimp, fish, onion and peppers on skewers.

4Cook 4 to 5 minutes each side.

5Sprinkle with remaining lemon juice.
