Grilled Ham Steak

- 1/4 c. apricot preserves
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- sprinkle of cinnamon
- 1 ham steak (1-inch thick and about 2 lb.)
Directions

1In small pan, combine the preserves, mustard, lemon juice and cinnamon.

2Cook and stir over low heat, about 3 minutes.

3Put ham steak on the prepared grill.

4Grill over medium coals for 10 minutes per side.

5Brush with glaze during last few minutes.
