Grilled Marinated Swordfish

Ingredients
- 6 swordfish steaks (about 1/2 lb. each and 1-inch thick)
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- minced fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. celery salt
Directions

1Combine oil, lemon juice, garlic, basil, oregano, salt and pepper; mix well.

2Brush both sides of fish generously with mixture and refrigerate in marinade for 2 hours.

3Turn steaks every half hour to marinate thoroughly.

4Grill about 6 inches from coals for 5 minutes; turn and baste and cook 6 or 7 minutes more. Serve steaks brushed generously with melted butter and topped with fresh parsley.
