Grilled Packet Dinners

Ingredients
- 4 to 6 red-skinned or white potatoes, washed and sliced with skins
- 2 onions, peeled and sliced
- 2 to 3 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 to 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 Tbsp. granulated beef-flavored bouillon
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- salt and pepper
- 2 to 3 ice cubes
Directions

1Spray foil with cooking spray.

2Place potatoes, onions and carrots in the middle of a 26-inch sheet of foil.

3Crumble raw ground beef over the top of vegetables and sprinkle with bouillon. Add dollops of margarine.

4Lightly salt and pepper, then add ice cubes.

5Fold foil over the mixture to make a sealed packet and crimp edges together on the sides and over the top.

6Heat grill to medium-low.

7Place packets on grill for about 1 hour.

8Packets are done when beef is cooked and potatoes are tender.

9A packet will serve 2.

10Serve with ketchup, mustard, horseradish or other condiments, if desired.
