Grilled Pineapple

- 1 large can pineapple slices
- 6 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
- 1 c. brown sugar
Directions

1Shuck corn; wash and cut thusly:

2Barely tip the kernels and rub back of knife over cob to get all the juice.

3Put a good amount of oil (not butter) in heavy pan.

4Saute onions, green pepper and a little garlic a few minutes.

5Add corn mixture and a lot of water. Cook on medium heat with lid partly on.

6Stir occasionally.

7Add more water if needed.

8Do not add salt until dish is finished because it will make it tough.

9About halfway done (30 or 40 minutes), add some sugar to taste.

10Later add a good amount of butter.

11It is cooked when oil forms around the edges, about an hour.

12Add green onions and parsley if desired.

13Salt and pepper to taste.

14Remember, plenty of water, oil and butter.

15Good luck! Keep lid partly on.
