- 3/4 cups Shredded Fresh Mozzarella
- 3/4 cups Turkey Pepperoni, More Or Less To Taste
- Basil Leaves

1Heat your grill to medium high heat.

2Place your pita breads flat on the grill rack and toast each side for about 2 minutes or until toasty brown.

3Remove pita breads from grill.

4Top your pita breads with pizza sauce.

5Add fresh shredded mozzarella cheese.

6Top with turkey pepperoni.

7Return to grill and cook with the lid down about 5 minutes, until cheese is melted and meat is heated through.

8Add fresh basil and serve.
