- 1 (3 lb.) pot roast
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. meat tenderizer
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- fresh ground black pepper
Directions

1Poke holes in meat with fork.

2Sprinkle with water and meat tenderizer.

3Turn meat over and repeat process.

4Let stand 1/2 hour.

5Mix soy sauce, Kitchen Bouquet, mustard and pepper.

6Rub mixture on both sides of meat.

7Grill over low to medium charcoal fire.

8Turn meat after 45 minutes.

9Grill another 45 minutes and remove.

10Let stand a few minutes before carving.

11Meat will be crusty on the outside.
