Grilled Salmon

  • 2 to 3 lb. salmon fillet
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh dill or 2 tsp. dried dill
  • 4 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Combine garlic, dill, olive oil, lemon juice and salt.

    Rub over salmon.

    Let rest at room temperature for 30 minutes. Grill for 7 to 10 minutes per side or bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serve with roasted red potatoes with parsley.
