- 2 to 3 lb. salmon fillet
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. fresh dill or 2 tsp. dried dill
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- salt to taste
Directions

1Combine garlic, dill, olive oil, lemon juice and salt.

2Rub over salmon.

3Let rest at room temperature for 30 minutes. Grill for 7 to 10 minutes per side or bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serve with roasted red potatoes with parsley.
