- 1 doz. headless shrimp (with shells left on)
- olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
Directions

1Use fingers to lightly coat shells of shrimp with oil.

2Put shrimp on the grill over hot coals.

3Cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side.

4Meanwhile, mix the vinegar, sesame oil, salt and pepper in a bowl.

5When shrimp are done, remove from grill and toss with mixture in bowl.

6Serve hot, letting diners peel and eat their own shrimp.
