- 1 1/2 pounds loin beef
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
Directions

1Trim visible fat from roast and pierce all over with meat fork.

2Place in plastic zipper bag along with remaining ingredients.

3Refrigerate 2 days.

4Remove meat from marinade and discard marinade.

5Grill over medium-hot coals about 18 minutes per side, or until done to your liking. (Internal temperature of 145 degrees for medium rare; 160 degrees for medium.)

6Remove from heat.

7Let stand 5 to 10 minutes.

8Slice thinly on diagonal.

9Serve with drippings.
