  • 4 whole Large Sweet Peppers-red, Green, Yellow, Orange, Sliced Or Chunked With Centers Removed
  • 1 whole Small Zucchini, Sliced In Coins
  • 1-1/2 cup Italian Dressing-your Favourite

Directions

    Preheat bbq or inside grill, and add this dish while grilling other items like meats.

    Clean, remove centers of peppers, and chunk them up. Clean and slice zucchini into coins. Place in a bowl.

    Pour 1/4 cup of your favourite Italian dressing over everything. Mix.

    Place on heavy duty foil tightly wrapped and closed. Grill for about 6-8 minutes and NOT burned.

    Open foil carefully, and serve on a plate or in a bowl.
