  • 1 pound beef
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 4 large eggs slightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoon flour, all-purpose
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups cheese shredded
  • 3 slices bread, white buttered, toasted, cut into 1 inch squares

    Spread ground beef in a 8x8x2 inch baking dish.

    Sprinkle with salt.

    Bake in 350F (180C).

    oven for 15 minutes.

    Drain.

    Mix eggs, mustard, garlic, milk and flour.

    Pour over hot beef.

    Sprinkle the shredded cheese over all.

    Cover the top evenly with toasted bread squares.
