- 1 pound Tyson(R) Ground Chicken
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup rice
- kosher salt
- ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup sweet peas frozen or fresh
- 2 eggs scrambled
- 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce divided
Directions

1Cook rice according to package instructions.

2While cooking the rice, heat a well-oiled skillet over high heat. Cook the ground chicken until the golden in color, about 10-15 minutes, season with salt and pepper and garlic paste. Be sure to break up the ground chicken in the skillet while cooking, using a heat proof spatula.

3Add the onions, carrots and peas to the skillet and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in the scrambled eggs and 1/4 cup soy sauce until coated. Stir in the cooked rice and add the remaining soy sauce coating the rice. Finish with the diced tomatoes.
