  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/3-1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 - 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1/3-1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 1 lemon
  • 2-3 tablespoon drained capers
  • 1/2 stick unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
