  • 2 ripe avocados (1 lb. total)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Salt
  • Cayenne

Directions

    Pit and peel avocados. In a bowl, using a fork, coarsely mash avocados with lime juice, cilantro, and garlic. Add salt and cayenne to taste. Serve, or chill airtight up to 2 hours.
