- 2 pkg. (16 to 20 oz.) frozen corn
- 8 oz. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream
- 8 oz. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- pinch of white or cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except butter and flour.

2Put in pot. Bring to boil, simmer 5 minutes.

3Blend butter with flour.

4Add to corn mixture; mix well.

5Remove from heat.

6Put finished corn in casserole.

7Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

8Place under broiler until evenly browned.

9Serves 8 to 10.
