  • 1 lb. pitted dates
  • 1/4 lb. candied cherries
  • 3 slices candied pineapple
  • 5 red and 5 green gumdrops (large size)
  • 3 orange slices
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 9 oz. moist flaked coconut
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 c. pecans or walnuts

Directions

    Cut fruit and gumdrops in small pieces.

    Dredge in flour and coconut.

    Add nuts and condensed milk.

    Mix well and place in 9 x 5-inch bread pan with waxed paper lining in bottom.

    Bake at 250° about 1 hour or until lightly browned.
