- 7 Tbsp. granulated gelatin
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/4 c. cold water
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 c. corn syrup
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Soak gelatin in 2 tablespoons of water.

2Cook sugar and syrup until it reaches 280°.

3Do not stir while cooking.

4When it reaches 280° add gelatin and lemon juice.

5Remove from heat. Divide the mixture into 3 parts.

6Add food coloring and flavorings to each mixture.
-
7Pour into square pan so that the depth of the gumdrops will be about 1-inch.

8When firm, cut into squares or strips and roll in sugar.
