- 3/4 lb ground pork (ground twice)
- 1/4 lb ground chuck
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Hungarian paprika (I use Szeged)
- 3/4 lb onion (yes - 3/4 lbs.)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 24 ounces Heinz ketchup
- water
