  • Ice
  • 1 1/2 ounces genever, preferably Bols
  • 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 2 green cardamom pods
  • 1 1/2 ounces Prosecco or other sparkling wine
  • 3/4 ounce pineapple gum syrup (thickened pineapple-flavored Simple Syrup)
  • Dash of Angostura bitters

Directions

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

    Add the genever, lemon juice, gum syrup and cardamom pods and shake well.

    Strain into a chilled coupe and stir in the Prosecco and bitters.
