- 4 potatoes
- 1/2 onion
- 2 pounds halibut
- 1 can evaporated milk 12 oz
- 1 can cream of celery soup undiluted
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions

1Dice potatoes and onions and put in pan.

2Add water to cover potatoes.

3Boil until potatoes are tender.

4Add halibut and cook until fork goes into halibut easily, about 5 to 7 minutes.

5Add milk and soup and simmer for 5 minutes.

6Add pepper to taste.
