  • 1 pkg. wild rice
  • 1 pkg. broccoli, chopped
  • 1 pkg. ham, cubed
  • 4 oz. can mushrooms
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. mustard
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

    Cook rice; drain.

    Cook broccoli.

    Pour rice in 9 x 13-inch dish.

    Layer broccoli on top of rice.

    Mix rest of ingredients except Parmesan cheese.

    Cover broccoli with mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
