  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour, divided
  • 1/2 c. diced cooked ham
  • 2 Tbsp. honey mustard
  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/4 c. half and half
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onions
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
