  • 1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. cubed or packaged ham
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. (8 or 12 oz.) can drained whole kernel corn or Mexican corn

    Unroll crescent rolls into 8 triangles.

    Place in an 8-inch pie pan; press to form a crust.

    Combine all ingredients; blend well.

    Pour mixture into crust.

    Sprinkle parsley flakes over filling.

    Cover edges of crust with aluminum foil to prevent overbrowning.
