- 10 slices white bread
- 10 slices ham, chopped
- 3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 8 eggs, beaten
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1In a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan layer half of the bread, chopped ham and cheese; repeat.

2Combine eggs, milk, onion salt, salt and pepper.

3Pour over layered mixture.

4Cover and refrigerate overnight.

5Bake in 375° oven for 40 minutes or until bubbly.
