  • 1 1/2 lb. ground sausage
  • 1/2 small onion, browned and drained
  • 9 eggs
  • 3 c. milk
  • 3 slices cubed bread
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Whip eggs and milk together.

    Soak cubed bread 10 minutes. Add meat, onion, dry mustard, salt and pepper.

    Pour into a 9 x 12-inch baking dish and refrigerate overnight.

    Bake in a 325° oven for 40 minutes until firm and sprinkle with paprika.
