- 1/2 lb. cooked ham
- plain pastry
- 6 eggs
- seasonings
Directions

1Remove fat from ham and cut into small cubes.

2Beat eggs slightly and add ham.

3Season as desired with a few drops of Worcestershire sauce or onion juice.

4Line 8-inch pie pan with pastry.

5Pour in egg and ham mixture.

6Put on top crust.

7Prick with fork.

8Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° and bake 10 more minutes or until set.
