  • 1/2 lb. cooked ham
  • plain pastry
  • 6 eggs
  • seasonings

Directions

    Remove fat from ham and cut into small cubes.

    Beat eggs slightly and add ham.

    Season as desired with a few drops of Worcestershire sauce or onion juice.

    Line 8-inch pie pan with pastry.

    Pour in egg and ham mixture.

    Put on top crust.

    Prick with fork.

    Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° and bake 10 more minutes or until set.
