- 3 1/2 lb. ground ham
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. milk
- 3 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cans tomato soup (undiluted)
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 2 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. mustard
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients.

2Using a 1/3-cup measure, shape mixture into 2-inch balls.

3Place in 2 large, shallow roasting pans.

4Combine all remaining ingredients.

5Pour over balls.

6Bake at 325° for 1 hour, basting frequently with sauce.

7Yields 15 servings.
