  • 1 lb. ground ham
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground pork
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Mix the ham, pork, eggs, bread crumbs and milk; form into balls.

    Bring to a boil the brown sugar, mustard, vinegar and water.

    Pour over balls.

    Bake for about 1 hour at 350°.
