- 2 lb. ground ham
- 1 lb. ground, fresh pork (no fat)
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Mix ham, pork, bread crumbs, milk and eggs.

2Form into 1-inch balls or 3 loaves.

3Pour sauce over and bake at 350° for 1 hour, basting often.

4Serve balls with toothpicks as appetizer or loaves for main course.
