  • 2 lb. ground ham
  • 1 lb. ground, fresh pork (no fat)
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard

Directions

    Mix ham, pork, bread crumbs, milk and eggs.

    Form into 1-inch balls or 3 loaves.

    Pour sauce over and bake at 350° for 1 hour, basting often.

    Serve balls with toothpicks as appetizer or loaves for main course.
