  • 1 to 2 c. fine cut up ham
  • 1 minced onion, sauteed until transparent
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 can milk (soup can)
  • 4 to 5 slices American cheese
  • buttered bread crumbs
  • 2 c. cooked macaroni

Directions

    Saute onion in 2 tablespoons margarine.

    Add cream of mushroom soup and milk.
  3. 3
    Put American cheese (cut up) into soup mixture and warm to melt cheese.

    Add ham to mixture and blend well.
  5. 5
    Place macaroni into a buttered casserole dish and pour soup mixture over it.

    Top with buttered bread crumbs and bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 325°.
