- 3 c. chopped ham
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1 stick margarine
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 can Butter Me Not biscuits
- cheese
Directions

1Cook onion, pepper, margarine, flour, milk and soup together until it thickens.

2Put diced ham in casserole dish and sprinkle with the lemon juice.

3Pour cooked mixture over ham.

4Split biscuits in half and stretch as much as possible without tearing up.

5Sprinkle with cheese.

6Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. (I wait until it is about ready to take out of oven, then I sprinkle with cheese and let melt.)

7A good way to use up leftover ham.
