- 1 pkg. seasoned long grain wild rice
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 3 c. Cure 81 diced ham
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained and sliced
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (sharp)
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook rice and broccoli according to directions.

2Mix together and place in buttered 9 x 13-inch dish.

3Layer mushrooms and ham; mix in soup, mayonnaise, mustard, curry and Cheddar cheese; pour this mixture over all.

4Sprinkle Parmesan on top.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
