  • 1 pkg. seasoned long grain wild rice
  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 3 c. Cure 81 diced ham
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained and sliced
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (sharp)
  • 2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cook rice and broccoli according to directions.

    Mix together and place in buttered 9 x 13-inch dish.

    Layer mushrooms and ham; mix in soup, mayonnaise, mustard, curry and Cheddar cheese; pour this mixture over all.

    Sprinkle Parmesan on top.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
