- 1 pouch Shake'N Bake Extra Crispy Original Coating Mix
- 1/4 tsp. each dried basil leaves, dried tarragon leaves, parsley flakes and garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb./675 g)
Directions

1Heat oven to 375F.

2Combine coating mix and seasonings in pie plate.

3Spread mustard onto both sides of chicken breasts.

4Dip, 1 breast at a time, in coating mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of breast.

5Place in single layer in shallow pan sprayed with cooking spray.

6Discard any remaining coating mixture.

7Bake 20 to 25 min.
