  • 1 pouch Shake'N Bake Extra Crispy Original Coating Mix
  • 1/4 tsp. each dried basil leaves, dried tarragon leaves, parsley flakes and garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb./675 g)

    Heat oven to 375F.

    Combine coating mix and seasonings in pie plate.

    Spread mustard onto both sides of chicken breasts.

    Dip, 1 breast at a time, in coating mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of breast.

    Place in single layer in shallow pan sprayed with cooking spray.

    Discard any remaining coating mixture.

    Bake 20 to 25 min.

    or until done (165F).
