  • 8 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. smoked sliced ham, beef or corned beef, torn into small pieces
  • 1 c. Cheddar, Swiss or Mozzarella cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped green onion

Directions

    Beat eggs, milk and salt.

    Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into greased oblong baking dish (12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch) or an 8 x 8-inch square baking dish.

    Cook, uncovered, at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes.
