- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (8 oz.)
- 1 (4 1/4 oz.) can deviled ham
- 6 tsp. evaporated skim milk
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Directions

1In medium saucepan or fondue pot, mix together ingredients. Cook and stir over medium-low heat until cheese is melted.

2Keep warm over low heat.

3Serve with vegetables, crackers or toasted pita bread wedges for dipping into fondue.
