- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/3 c. sugar

1Mix cornstarch and cold water.

3Cook about 2 minutes.

5Beat egg whites and cream of tartar to soft peaks.

6Add sugar gradually.

7Add cornstarch mixture all at once. Beat until blended.
