- 1/2 lb. lean pork, ground
- 1/2 lb. lean veal
- 1 c. milk
- 12 graham crackers
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/3 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Soak graham crackers in milk.

2Mix with meat; add pinch of salt.

3Baste ham loaf with brown sugar, water, vinegar and dry mustard.

4Baste often during baking.
